Online appointments -

We have now introduced the facility for patients to make online booking of appointments. This will enable patients to:-

• Book a new appointment
• View available appointments
• View any appointments they have already booked
• Cancel an existing appointment

Appointments can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance and the facility is available 24 hours per day meaning that appointments can be booked when the surgery is closed.

You will also be able to request any of your normal repeat medications via the web site. A message will be sent back to you either confirming that the repeat prescription has been issued or, if for example your request is too early, then a message will be sent back saying the request has not been approved.

HOW TO REGISTER

In order to use any of the above services it is necessary for patients to pre-register with the practice so that we can issue you with the necessary PIN number and other information you will need to access the internet site.

You can do this by applying personally at the practice, by letter or by using the e-mail link above and asking to be enrolled to use SystmOnline. You can only enrol yourself to use this service   and the facility is only available to patients aged 16 years and above.
