HOW TO OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION

These can be obtained by written request, in person or by post, if your doctor has agreed. Please ask before you run out of your medicines and the prescription should be ready after 3.30 pm the following day. You can also now order your repeat prescriptions on line via the internet. You will first need to register and obtain the necessary password from the practice.

With the ever-increasing number of drugs used today, we use a computer to monitor and print out repeat prescriptions to maximise the care we take in prescribing your drugs. It will leave a message for you to make an appointment when you have had the total number of prescriptions allowed by your doctor.

Please do not telephone to order your prescription, as this leads to errors and blocks the telephone for urgent calls
