WELL PERSON CHECK-UPS

It is recommended that everyone has their Blood Pressure checked every 5 years.  In addition, we offer a well person check-up to anyone who wishes it. This includes weight, Blood Pressure, urine testing and advice on lifestyle. Please make an appointment with one of the nurses for this.

PRIVATE MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS AND REPORTS

If you have a medical report or insurance form that needs competing by the doctor, we are happy to complete these, but they often attract a fee. Please enquire at reception for details.

If you require a medical examination for Insurance purposes, Taxi licence, HGV licence or Adoption, these will need booking some weeks in advance at reception, when the receptionist will be able to let you know the fee.  Please make sure that you have the necessary forms for completion when you attend.
