TRAVEL ADVICE

The Practice Nurses are able to give most immunisations for travel.

IF YOU THINK YOU MAY NEED IMMUNISATIONS PLEASE COMPLETE THE TRAVEL ADVICE QUESTIONNAIRE ON THIS WEB SITE OR ASK FOR ONE AT RECEPTION.

·          Do plan ahead and contact the nurse at the Surgery to obtain details of your requirements, as some immunisations need to be given several months ahead

·          Some immunisations, not provided for by the NHS, will require a payment

·          We can advise you if you require tablets to prevent Malaria, and these can be subsequently acquired from a Pharmacist with a doctor’s private prescription

·          We also offer general advice on the areas that you are travelling to
