RECEPTION STAFF

Reception is the first point of contact for most patients when they attend the surgery.  All our receptionists are fully trained.  They ensure the smooth running of the practice.  As well as being involved in face-to-face contact with patients, they take telephone messages, answer enquiries, type letters, handle repeat prescription requests, run the computer information systems, and try to make your visit to the surgery as pleasant as possible.
